Making a valiant effort to keep up good service. No one behind the counter to take our order, but the fast lane kiosk was simple enough, even for our first time using it. Lovely patio with some shade and a fountain in the middle for outdoor dining.

First off, order was fine and correct however.... My wife went in to pick up. We had 2 drinks, she asked for a carrier and was told they didn't have any. So she dropped one trying to juggle the bags and the two drinks. Not only did they make her clean it up then had the nerve to try and charge us for a replacement. Management begrudgingly agreed to just give us a replacement and now suddenly there are carriers! Horrible customer service.

We have been to this Panera Bread several times and others many times. Usually a totally satisfactory meal and experience. Not tonight. The pickle and the apple which came with the meal looked like they had been pulled out of the trash. The paper towel dispenser in the men's room had no paper towels. The response from the manager when brought to his attention, while not rude, was almost indifferent. Like he just didn't get it, although he did hand me another apple on the way out the door.

The manager here took her time while I was in the drive-thru, (there was no one behind me), to go get a nutrition notebook and look for things I could eat! Things that would be gluten free egg free lactose free I believe there was a salad on there I got that was pretty good. I really appreciate her patience.
