We do perform lip piercings. Though we do prefer to do those with labret studs instead of rings as it will make for easier and faster healing. After they heal you can switch them out to some nice fitting rings.

If they were just recently pierced I would leave in the jewelry that you got it pierced with. If its healed we can take care of that for you. So it depends on the situation.

You want a shop that follows health regulations by sterilizing everything, wearing gloves, etc. Most reputable shops also have at least one piercer who's done official piercing certification. Between that and years of experience, it makes for a better experience. I've been pierced at multiple places and The End is Near, specifically, was by far my best time.
