The staff is amazing, but they are lacking the tools to be successful. I came in for a dermal, and from the beginning they were trying to find properly matching jewelry. I should have left when I saw their frustration. After two attempts, the piercer knew it wasn’t right, and that I was at my limit for pain. The crew took amazing care of me and showed integrity and professionalism, but that was a lot of money and discomfort to not have a service provided.
