First off I took my car there for an appointment at 7:30 to have my car look at on because that’s when I’m available. Told me car wasn’t gonna get looked at till MONDAY???? Why set an appointment if it’s gonna get looked at three days later. Second off tried to convince my that 1200$ was fair labor and parts price for 05 Buick. Trying to tell the bulk was do too after market pricing being more then gm part?!?! No ik for fact I can grab a solid radiator for 200$. Third the technicians didn’t even bolt my hose back on right !!!!! My entire cooling system drained at the stop light!!! Whoever worked on my car needs to reevaluated. That’s me putting it nicely. Never am I ever goin to a dealership ever again. Sad service, poor work and if you’re gullible will squeeze you for every penny!!!! Avoid this dealership specifically!!!

Went to Charlie Obaugh to upgrade my truck and Scott Dickson made my whole experience easy and simple. He listened to what I was interested and showed me multiple trucks. He was realistic and made sure I was getting a truck that would fit my needs. When we found the truck he made it happen and made sure everything was handled! I highly recommend Scott Dickson and I would gladly purchase another truck from him!!!

Bought a used F150 here 3 weeks ago with 81k miles on it. So far it’s had a coolant leak, the lugs warped and cracked, and I’m about to replace the rear brake rotors. Took it back to Obaugh to have their “mechanics” look for the coolant leak and the cause of the squealing brakes. They said they couldn’t find the leak and that the squealing brakes were normal. I decided to look for myself, and turns out I was able to be more productive with 2 hours in my gravel driveway than the people they’ve got in there...it’s fixed, but I’ve already put $400 in parts into it. Oh, almost forgot about the blown speaker in the back seat. They had the audio faded to the front of the vehicle so that I didn’t hear it when I test drove it. Downright dishonest, and such a small thing too. 2 stars because the truck runs, but that’s about the only good thing I can say at the moment. If I had any faith in this place, I’d ask for reimbursement for all these repairs I’ve had to make considering they’re things that should never have been on the lot to begin with. Can only imagine it’d be a waste of breath at a dealership that went to the trouble to hide a $50 blown speaker though. Disappointing. EDIT: this is a reply to Chris, as there was no reply option for me. While I appreciate your response and offer to replace the speaker (which I will give you a call about), that problem is the least of them. Unfortunately, the assertion that all equipment functioned properly is simply not true, regardless of the opinion of the inspecting technician. I replaced the the leaking coolant Y joint assembly which was $70. I then replaced the cracked, deteriorating lug nuts which were $100. Today, I replaced the rear rotors and pads, and the squealing brake noise that I was told was normal vanished. That job was $200. Like I said, I appreciate you reaching out and I will contact you about the speaker, but the mechanical problems I’ve had are the priority and have been far more expensive to fix.

We went to talk with someone there in October about purchasing a new GMC pickup truck. The sales manager there was nothing short of rude. I'll never buy another truck there again. We purchased our new truck at the Farmville GMC dealer. They were very courteous and worked with us. Be aware, you do not have to pay sticker price.

I am not a mechanic. My son Leon can answer that at Charlie's.
