We live about an hour from Staunton so it has been awhile since we'd been here. The food was every bit as good as the last time. We started with the Loaded Flat Beds (potato skins) and honestly they were some of the best I've ever had. My wife had a Crab cake Sandwich and I had the Fried Oysters. Both were excellent. Depot Grill has a great location, tucked in a little corner of Staunton down from the old railroad terminal. You can't go wrong eating at the Depot.

Great spot, great food, great service. Our family (locals) took us (not locals) and they'd been many times before and seems like they've never had a bad meal. The bar was really pretty and looked like a nice place to hang out. I had the chicken tender salad because I'm a pretty big chicken tender fan, but also picky about them, and it was delicious. The tenders were perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside, nothing that can be touched by frozen pre-mades. Good kids meal options. Great beer selection.

Cool spot. The bar is beautiful. The food was excellent as was the service. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Great local spot with a cool atmosphere. We had lunch with the kids while visiting town. Food was good and our server was great. Good beer selection, lots of choices on the menu and the portions were large. The restaurant is in the old train depot and is a fun, rustic setting. We will be back!
