I would not attempt to come here as a walk-in unless you're willing to wait multiple hours for your pet to be treated. I waited a little over an hour for my cat to be seen. When they finally took my cat in, I left & called back a couple of hours later for an update. They placed me on hold for 15+ minutes, after two people reassured me they would update me on the status of my cat. I hung up & called back just to be placed on hold again for another 10+ minutes until I was able to speak with the veterinarian. I would suggest taking your pet somewhere else that is better at communicating the status of your pet.
