The appointment atmosphere is totally a quiet one as it is not over crowded, more than enough parking space, enough space for walk around , cooking as well as games irrespective of age. Very near to township and various institutions.

My day is reliant on how the little kids above me want to act. I am literally woken up every single morning around 5 or 6am to them running and stomping through the apartment. This also occurs randomly through out the day. The lights on the ceiling vibrate, I occasionally have to screw them back in ( not a joke ). My dog does not even react to the sound of fireworks but shakes when they are stomping ( it is that bad ). The parents don't care how the kids act and they have 0 respect for their neighbors. Management has done nothing with the numerous noise complaints that I have submitted. We have sent recording which have gone no where. You would think paying over a $1000 a month in rent, you would be able to avoid these problems but apparently not. Not sure what apartment complex allows 5 people to live in a 800 square foot apartment? How about if you do allow it, keep those families on the first floor to avoid these issues. My advice DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you get a 3rd floor apartment or you are flipping a coin on whether or not this happens to you. The walls are thin enough in this apartment. I can not wait for my lease to be up!

We have lived here for around 8 months now and has been the best experience so far. The office staff are friendly and attentive to any questions we have. The maintenance staff are prompt in their service, be it the regular pest control checks or attending to any issues. The apartment complex is well maintained. We have never had any problem with the parking. We would definitely recommend Salem Wood Apartments.

I have been living at Salem Wood Apartments since Feb 2015. The apartments are nice. Nice carpet, nice kitchen and bathroom cabinets. So far all the neighbors I have met have been really great. My kids like that there is a playground area, ball courts, and a pool! Most people have animals here. Its really pet friendly. So far I have really enjoyed living here.
