Check your receipt before you drive an hour home! Purchased an air conditioner that was on sale, labeled @ $369. Got home and checked my receipt to see I was charged full price of $399. Called the store right away. Customer service rep said signage was a mistake and admitted that they removed it after I called. Said they couldn't help me, I asked to speak to a manager, got transferred to another CSR, she said couldn't find the sign with the sale price, I explained to her that the other CSR admitted to removing the sign. After telling me to come an hour back to the store, I gave up, they removed my proof. That is a bait and switch. Not happy.

My truck was hit badly while parked by one of their tractor trailers. Manager was rude and condescending during the whole process. This will cost me lost work and many other headaches. I will drive to Manchester from now on.

Four stars only because they didn't have the poison ivy killer that won't kill surrounding plants in stock and there are so gorgeous orchids but the price tag in the front is very misleading. Tag makes it appear they are $11 (rounded) but they are actually $29.98. Other than that the store was clean and organized with tons of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Despite being a smaller store than the surrounding locations (Manchester and Concord), I have always found the staff to be helpful to anyone, and I mean anyone, from simple needs to contractors. Most, if not all, staff are familiar with all aspects of store items if not able to find someone who is knowledgeable about the items in question. Staff usually know where items are located even in other departments (i.e. hose clamps, thin metal strips with even spaced slots adjusted by a single edge screwdriver, are in plumbing not hardware) and willing to take customers to the specific aisle where the item is located.
