Had been a good place. I hadn't been there since the middle of last year and now they have new people who seemed to be more concerned with having my updated information then helping me with my questions, so I just walked out. The lady I first met was very nice, but she never told me her name. That's what the 3 stars are for. If not for her, this experience today would have been a 1 star as opposed to the 5 I would have given them over the last 2 years buying from them.

We have purchased 3 items now from Premier 5 star rating all the way!! 1. Very laid back staff - very attentive if you need them to suggest and show items but not in your face if you need space just to look around and shop or gather ideas. 2. If you pay off your item within a certain time, you get the cash price and they report to the credit agencies so you raise your credit score. This "cash price" is extremely reasonable. We purchased a couch and complete futon for under $500 (for both) and a portable dishwasher for under $600. All three are excellent quality and we are very, very happy with our purchases. 3. Deliveries were on time, every time!! (Even in a ridiculous snowstorm) I would recommend purchasing through Premier whenever possible. Even if you have the funds for cash and carry, wouldn't it just make sense to increase your credit score, just sayin'. Thank you Premier!!!
