MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Yikes! This used to be one of our favorite burgers restaurants. Today it took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. Our sweet potato fries were way under cooked and inedible. Our order was wrong. The restaurant was absolutely filthy! The trash cans were over flowing. They were out of multiple menu items. They were obviously understaffed. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in 10+ years. Sad!

Ordered for delivery. Opened the bag pulled the burger out and opened it up and it looked like whoever made it dropped it on the floor and picked it up and threw it back in the wrapper. Looked like a pile of garbage. The fries were soggy and cold. Felt bad for the driver that had to deliver my food because he did a excellent job. I will not be going back ever.

We have ordered from here multiple times and every time at least 1 thing is wrong. See pictures for our most recent experience. The shakes were forgotten, buns burned so bad, soggy “crispy onions” and meat that looks like a dog chew. Absolutely AWFUL. I would let it go if it were a one time thing but it’s every single time. Just terrible. THEN. They respond with the message below pretending that they’re going to reach out to me to fix something. What a joke. I emailed them all the info they asked for and not a peep. Ridiculous honestly.

I've eaten at MOOYAH several times. The fries were super yummy and the shakes are so smooth and creamy, I really enjoy the strawberry shake, the ingredients on the burger were fresh and delicious. Awesome employees, I will definitely be eating there again.
