Helpful, Friendly, and Courteous staff. They communicated in a way that helped me understand the process of the repair with the following care on my end and expected warranty. Technician and greeter went above and beyond. I would STRONGLY recommend and will be RETURNING for any future needed repairs.

Super awesome service, showed up with one of my seals coming loose on the top part of my windshield. They pulled me right in and fixed it right up. Definitely recommend 👍

I had just gotten off the freeway in Provo after a 6-hour drive and noticed a small crack forming in the lower part of my windshield. It was just an hour before closing on a Friday. I knew that the crack was going to get a lot bigger if the car sat outside in sub freezing temperatures overnight. I stopped by Safelite and they very graciously squeezed me into their schedule and even got me out of there right at 5:00 p.m. They were able to fix the crack and saved me a lot of money because, had I needed to replace the windshield, it would have cost a small fortune as it is one of those smart windshields on a 2021 Forester. Thank you Safelite!!!!!

Very courteous staff over the phone and in person. Even though I couldn't bring in my minivan until the next day, They were able to get me in the day I called within a half hour.. Gladly used my insurance. Craftsmanship on the repaired chip was top quality. Service seemed somewhat slow, the operative word being "seemed". I really don't know how long a chip repair is supposed to take, but my expectation was around 20 minutes (time from drop off to time they said it was done was about 30 minutes). They went the extra mile, though and wiped off the two front seats as a thank you for coming in. To be fair, my expectations may have been unrealistic.

You should be able to go to the location and ask directly, Safelite doesn't publish phone numbers for the individual locations. The indoor staff are really helpful, so just going in will be your best bet.
