Update 4/17/22 I brought back the tuxedo and asked them to redo it, and she blamed the lack of cleanliness on ME for not, in her words, “letting [them] know there was a spot.” Ah, of course! Silly me! How could I have assumed they would possibly know the garment was dirty? Or that they would clean the entire garment? And especially that they would get such a faint, small, unnoticeable spot! Surely most people get their clothes dry cleaned when they’re NOT dirty, you see, and I’m the odd one out. When I pointed out the ripped seam she said, “Oh, that’s weird.” Yes, it is weird. Generally I don’t appreciate it when the dry cleaners tear my clothes. “Just go into the back room when you pick it up and they’ll sew that up for you.” Oh, okie dokie, then. No apology? No refund? Yikes. I stand by my original review. Do not come here. Original review: Do not come here. I just picked up my tuxedo that had spilt hot chocolate on it, and not only did they not clean it well, they also somehow ripped one of the seams. I repeat, do not come here.

I had some clothing altered at the alterations shop. My order came out perfectly. The staff is very friendly. My order was processed faster than expected. I am so happy to find such a quality alterations shop.

What a wonderful place!! I must have driven past this place a hundred gazillion times without giving it a second glance. Much less even a first thought! Until an Uber rider had me drop him there to leave some clothes for alterations. Now I am a charter patron or the like!! (I am 5'6") That said I am at times needing new pants hemmed up. They are typically BYU students who work here . They are extraordinarily friendly and helpful! They make me feel like a 🤴king! I have not called upon their laundry or dry cleaning services but can well surmise they would be on a similar par.
