My favorite grocery store to shop here in Provo where I live. Has been for 8 years living here in Paradise! Very cozy friendly store! Prices are a bit more pricier on average than Walmart but the store and all her employees are exceptional. One particular store associate really stands out the last month or so. Her name is Kara I think, pretty tall, dark blonde/lightish brown straight hair in a ponytail. She is really fast, professional, very kind, sincere, really friendly, cheerful and just loves the customer as I observed in line in front of me before she cashiered for me twice and packed my food another time. I hope the store manager acknowledges her effort and gives her a raise and appreciates her humility and good work ethic. CHEERS‼️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇳🇿

In a world of Walmart’s and Costco’s there is still a place for smaller grocers like Smith’s. They do end up having slightly higher prices than the super giants (not that Smith’s is all that small) but they also have stock and niche specific items you’re unable to find and even larger stores. They’re fresh items are a bit fresher than the competition and we can typically have better luck looking for speciality baking items here than other places.

This store is great. But it needs an update. I’ve been shopping here for 25 years and I think it needs a good cleaning /overhaul.

During the 2022 formula shortage I called in to see if my child’s formula was on the shelf as I was 10 minutes away. The answer I received was “we don’t have any formula”. I went with my gut and found there was more than 30 options on the shelf and there was even the can of my baby’s specialty formula available. I don’t understand why this Smiths won’t check the shelf over the phone when every other grocery store in Utah County does! Being short-handed isn’t the best excuse either. Super frustrating!! Why don’t you move the formula to the gas pump and have that attendant take all formula phone calls and purchases!?Management needs to figure it out- maybe collaborate with Smiths in Orem and Pleasant Grove who have 100% customer service.

Verónica in the Smith application you can select the store where you want to buy just like on the internet I think, I never did but I think yes and by selecting the store where you want to buy, you can buy online and look for it wherever you want, but you should look for it before a certain time. And a very good question.
They have a complete soup salad and Olive and Cheese Bar to be precise. Hope that helps
Masks are said to be required, but now that the mandate in Provo was lifted no employee has dared to enforce mask policies. If you are worried about that try ordering your groceries online for pickup.

You should be able to through their money services desk!
Yes it is located across the street to the west and just slightly to the south of the store
