This dealership is amazing. I’ve been leasing cars from them now for going on eight years and I don’t ever wanna go anywhere else. Today I called them to tell them that I was approaching my mileage but still had time on my lease and didn’t know what to do. They traded my car for the exact same but newer with such ease the same day! I wasn’t even expecting to trade it in the same day and the process was flawless. I worked with Jerry and don’t have a bad thing to say about him! Amazing.

Already, car shopping is mad stressful, but I was feeling even more discouraged after learning that inventory was at a super low due to supply chain issues. After I made an online inquiry someone from Kia called me back immediately. I spoke to Frank, and he was able to identify the car that I was looking for and he helped me reserve it for pick up as soon as it arrived. I called repeatedly with questions and Frank always answered my calls and answered my questions. On the day I was scheduled to pick up the car, the whole Kia team was truly amazing! Shout out to Mohammad for helping my dad with his windshield so he could drive home safe on the coldest day ever!! Garry then took the time to show me the car’s functions and introduced me to the service team. Everyone was so freaking nice and helpful. Frank had everything ready for me to sign and I was done with financing and registration within an hour and a half. I drove home ecstatic, but it didn’t end there. I needed help adjusting the registration two days later and Frank again was super kind to direct me on his day off. Mike then fixed the paperwork for me that day! This was above and beyond. My sincerest thanks to Frank, Garry, Mohammad, and Mike for making this the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Y’all rock!! I’ll be recommending this dealership to my friends knowing they will be working with a great team that strives to make the overwhelming not only manageable but a pleasure.

I have done my research for months and prepped for almost a year for when I went to make my next vehicle purchase. Crossing one vehicle off after another. I have had an SUV for 9 years... my last sedan was a Kia Forte! During my browsing of vehicles online I came across the new K5, which replaced the Optima. My lord... beautiful... and the new Kia Logo on the 2022... breath taking! After careful consideration I knew that I wanted the GT with the GT1 package (I think its called that lol) my preference in color choice was red. I knew these vehicles were rare... but to find out their was one available and ONLY ONE.. and in my color choice... it was a no Brainer to travel the hour it took to get to Quirk. I made sure to schedule the appointment through their internet department... as I know they get paid for me showing up.. everyone should do this! Tough times people! When I came in I met with Mike (Sales Manager). The K5 was on the showroom floor. I asked if I could test drive it.. and since I didn't know the area if I could have someone with me during the test drive.. that is when I was introduced to Gary.. a Product Specialist. Gary was great... Mike the Sales Manager made the process of me getting into the vehicle I wanted very easy. Therefore I would highly recommend Quirk Kia!
