I needed a tow in the middle of the night in Lowell to townfair tire in Nashua NH because a crazy pothole blew my new front tire out. They came in the timeframe they had given. The guy was professional, kind and curious. They were $80 cheaper then the other 6 places I called. I had triple A they said two hours then sent a text after two hours saying it will take another four for my driver to get there because he was going to a police accident instead of mine. Needless to say I canceled my triple A cuz it's worthless. All the other companies I called their trucks were broken down or the numbers we're no longer in service and the two other companies that were $80 more and said they would come and then called up and said it would be more hours so this place was great I'd recommend it to anyone and I'm going to use them again for sure

The manager their was a jerk, after my accident I asked if I can grab my things out of my car and he said I quote "I'm not going down their I'm the manager" while talking on his phone with his Freind about the weekend and how I was imposing. However the lady their was very nice and helped me out

February 3rd 2022. Ran out of gas on route 3 in Lowell right before connector 1:30 a.m. Massachusetts state trooper reports car out of gas. Puts out a call for gas delivery, within 10 minutes John from Lowell fleet towing arrived did not have gas on hand but out of courtesy for the troopers time and my safety instead took me to the gas. Took 3 minutes to have me hooked up and on the truck gave me a ride to the nearest open gas station dropped me off right at the pump. Evan the second responding driver who had the gas I needed was right behind us. Got me lowered right to the pump both of the gentlemen waited with me until car was filled and they knew that was the issue at hand. Even offered John the $3 in cash I had on me for a coffee for his long night shift, even denied that. Service of no charge to me. What a great guy and a great company to help me out like that what started off as a frustrating event turned into a blessing thanks to John and Evan from Lowell fleet towing thank you!!
