I'm not in the habit of leaving online reviews, but Phil's service this morning was so outstanding that I felt compelled to comment on it. I had a number of documents that needed to be notarized. Phil could not have been more professional, competent, knowledgeable, or patient -- all of which was tremendously reassuring to me, given that these were legal documents and everything needed to be done absolutely correctly. I didn't have a single doubt that that would be the case. One other thing that I would add to my above raves -- Phil was also a really nice guy, which makes a big difference, especially these days! The UPS Store in South Orange will definitely continue to get my business. Thank you, Phil!

I highly recommend this store, everyone on the staff is very helpful and friendly. I had to have a document notarized and Phil and Baron were extremely helpful. The process was quick and easy no fuss no muss. I have been to the store before and Phil helped me in the past as well. Always a pleasant experience, I will be returning with all my UPS needs. Thank you guys so much again for your help. 😊

I've been to other Ups stores before, but this store #6091, I believe, is the store number.. The second you walk in, you are greeted with professionalism and respect. I was helped by PHIL(store associate). He assisted me in a manner that I was IMPRESSED.. keep up the good work and great customer service. I will recommend everyone who needs shipping services to come to this location.. Thank you, and Ups should recognize you for your service..

Not helpful. Not very helpful at all. When I brought in my package, instead of punching in a few numbers that were very clear, although slightly faded on my label, he told me he couldn't do it. He said I could email him a label and he would print a new label for $2.40. What??? His workers and even the guys on the truck easily punch in the numbers and take your packages if the label doesn't scan - but not at the store in South Orange if you get the older, tired guy. It's too much to ask if the scan doesn't immediately take. He even indicated he would have a problem - and would have 'words' for any of his workers who would have taken care of this by punching in the numbers. 'Words' for the workers who are meeting customer needs and sending off packages??? Isn't that what the store is supposed to do? Meet needs? Send packages? Really? And yea - don't ask for receipts for your prepaid returns that are labeled either. C'mon reviews don't have to be 2.6 on Facebook and only 2 on Yelp. I love supporting local businesses but I have had quite a few challenges in this shop over the years. Hopefully I will be able to post a better review one day.

Yes, They accept all different types of amazon drop offs. they also have a drop box for prepacked and sealed ready to go drop offs.
