Ordered on the app my usual coffee, bagel with packet butter. A few times before, I have ordered from here and left without checking my bag only to find out, I had no butter packets, or no knife to spread my butter. I come in today and I got no butter. I went back inside to ask for my butter. The little, short bug eyed cashier (he refused to give me his name) wouldn’t allow the person I was talking to, to give me butter. He wanted to see my order. The guy told him I just got my order. The bugged eye one, gave me one packet of butter and said that’s what you paid for, bye. This Dunkin Donuts is the worse. It’s like the employees ration out food that you are paying for. They keep app orders behind the counter and and when you walk in, they don’t even look your way to give it to you. You order in the app for expediency; but here people walk in and order at the register and leave before you. The absolute worse!
