He helped me get a new watercraft. I took it for a ride today, very smooth ride, very happy with the experience. Considering I have never stepped foot into this store, it was eye opening. I went with my Grandson who is into dirt biking. Didn't realize what an expensive sport it is. They didn't have much assortment available in younger boy sizes. In fact, I'm sure they're happy that I purchased a new outfit for my Grandson because nothing in stock matched his existing clothing that was purchased there. Glad my sons didn't need all this stuff when they were young. It was an experience!!

I dropped off my problem child Jetski to these guys during busy corona season and things were a bit messy Aaron was extremely helpful from beginning to end always reassuring me progress was being made but under my assumption the Sea-Doo Bjarki company was not able to keep up during these times I waited about nine months to get my machine back during the winter. Because it was the winter they were not able to test drive it when I got it back it’s still had some issues so I talked to the general manager Gary He was extremely reassuring and honest he told me they wanted to take the machine back and see what they could do for me. Once again I found myself in a pinch for time I waited about a month and a half before coming to a confident diagnostics that it would be a head gasket. Sadly I became impatient and had to go pick up my machine after waiting what I felt like was too long when I went there Gary was extremely helpful again him and Aaron gave me the correct parts for me to move forward with my project. So yes overall I had a very rough experience but all of these guys Gary Aaron the salesman Scott and Chad where all is helpful as they could be under these extremely unique and difficult circumstances. I’m not sure if this is the place to bring your Sea-Doo Jetski but overall this is a good honest Business with knowledgeable employees.

I called last week to see if there was any chance that they could get my snowmobile in. Every other dealer was out weeks. They knew I was trying to get out for vacation and did what they could to fix my sled. Unfortunately the repair was larger then we hoped so we could not get it done but I really appreciate the guys in the service department doing what they could. I was able to register my back up sled for NH at the parts department so that was an added bonus!
