Fantastic place if you enjoy paying money for people to steal your clothes and have them do nothing about. Refuse to do anything and said it's not their fault and people choose to do their laundry there and can choose to take others and it's just a "risk" with using a laundromat. Do not recommend. I shouldn't have to worry about my clothes in the dryer being stolen, while I'm switching my laundry from the washer to dryer!

Its clean, well attended, not sure how to get back any money left on coinless pay cards. People were nice and helpful

This laundry mat is the nicest largest most clean awesome machines and a cleaning person is every minute going around sweeping and washing everything down there are vending machines that have everything you need from snacks drinks and laundry supplies and the prices are decent. Plenty of seating and little tables lots of televisions and clean restroom. I don't understand why it doesn't have the best highest rating and the most reviews of Phoenix!
