Update: They are closed and good riddance!!! Now the owners can't get under our reviews and lie about how the dryers work and how they keep the place clean. Don't let them break your soul like Beyonce said... I'm guessing the 4 & 5 star reviews have never did self serve laundry. Since the csr said I couldn't get my clothes in a couple of hours, I only had a regular load & one triple load, I figured I could do my laundry myself. Bad idea! The lady behind the counter didnt speak english too well (but neither does half the city, that never stops me) and she asked me if I wanted a card. I said I dont know this is my first time here. She proceeded to charge me $3 and show me how to put the money on my card to wash clothes. I got to put my triple load in the washer. Laundry detergent in... clothes... card reader... the triple load washers dont take the cards, only change!!! I literally had put my last few dollars on the card. I broke into tears, I couldn't believe it. Especially since I had talked to her, I mean, literally I JUST TOLD YOU I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ITS MY FIRST TIME HERE. There was another employee there that spoke english perfectly folding clothes just staring for some reason. So no other option but to do a few tiny loads b/c only the small washers have card readers, making only half of the washers usable. Why do you have cards then??? The cards are an obvious money maker for them. And then 75% of single and double were "out of order" so I had to sit for another 30 minutes until I asked the lady folding why they used all the single use washers for the drop off instead using the larger load washers, especially when 75% of them are out of order. Finally get to drying. Had to play hide and seek to find a dryer that the card reader actually worked and didn't give "Err" 1 load dried ok. The second load I wasted 2 dollars on and it was still soaking wet. I had to switch it to about 4 different dryers. There was a dude fixing all the washers & dryers when I was leaving though. It took me from 12pm-5pm and $15 to wash and dry one single & one triple load smdh. I work next door and was going to start washing work stuff here. Nah, I'll just do it at home. Oh yeah. And they are expensive af too

For the price, it could be better for sure. I spent $20 washing 4 loads of laundry. One washer had a dead roach in it. The washers smell like old musty mildewy garbage. The dryers for the most part are only available on the bottom row due to being saved for the workers to use. So if you have issues bending over that far this will not work for you. Only about half the dryers are usable so and it takes several cycles to dry a load so there is a bit of waiting if there are a lot of people. I've seen employees cleaning in between people's use of machines in other laundry mats, not once in this one. I was there about 2 and a half hours.

AC, bathroom(ask to open), alot of laundry machines(some laundry machines dont work),gumball machines, vending machines, a place to sit, coin less laundry, T.V., and its next to a place to clean your car and a gas station.

I think $ 1.25 to wash and dryer are 25 cents but the dryers work really good
