Worse place ever don’t even waste ur time or money here I asked for food to be fresh they didn’t wanted to cooked for me really bad service and they very disrespectful don’t care about there customers and it look dirty if I could gave them 0 stars I would I won’t ever stop here again!

I've stayed at Golden Nugget in the past with no issues but this time I could not believe the lack of hospitality and accommodation from management. I booked one room for 3 nights over the weekend for 4 people. When we showed up to the hotel to check in (early), they told me that they only have a 1-king bed room available for the 4 of us. They said that because I booked the cheapest room (the Run of House room at $285/night) what I was paying for was a "gamble" for what they have available. "When you book THAT room, you are gambling with how many beds we give you, and that's why it's the cheapest". Now, when I booked this room it DID say that I am unable to choose the room that I want, and that they'll give me a random room when we show up. It said nothing about the AMOUNT of beds we would get. They said that even if we had 6 people with us, we could still possibly get a room with 1 bed--which is insane to me that they would make people sleep on the ground. They offered to "upgrade" us to a 2 bedroom AFTER we complained to management (which revealed to us that they DID actually have 2 beds available) but luckily our other 2 friends were also staying at the Golden Nugget and we were able to switch rooms with them on our own. Mind you, these 2 friends paid for the SAME room (Run of House) and they got a 2-bed room, showing the lack of planning and care from management.

I love this place! Been coming here since I was a little girl. The last few times I’ve come by I’ve left sad because they've been closed for kitchen repairs. I drive all the way from Scottsdale for their delicious egg rolls. I would pay good money for the recipe 😂

When you see Grandma working you know the food is going to be good . Inexpensive great to take out the family or 4 Sunday brunch
