Yet another local bike shop that can't be bothered to work on your old bike. If you have an older bike, find another shop or try to fix it yourself. I stopped by here and this guy came out to look at my bike and came off as totally lazy and uninterested and like I was bothering him and basically said there was nothing he could do. Great customer service. Stay away from this place if you need a bike repair. I would give zero stars if I could.

Rented a medium full suspension mountain bike couple weeks in advance-showed up and they had reservation but gave my bike away to a walk in-glad I rented in advance- offers me an XL- really- I am 5'7. Ruined my trip to North Conway. Stay away from this shop. Going to update that the owner reached out and owned the mistake- it takes guts to do that so added a star. He offered to assist me personally in the future with a rental and to see some trails. Although I most likely won’t be back it was a step in the right direction for an owner to show An effort to resolve the issue.

An excellent bike shop and bike rental. I rented a high-performance road bike for the day and it was immaculate, ran smoothly and was exactly what I needed. A brilliant bike to complete the Tour de Notches (120km) route around the White Mountains. Thank you :)

I have a 15 year old bike in immaculate condition. I went to use it and discovered the derailluer was no longer functioning. I brought it to a different shop in the valley first and they had no interest in repairing the existing derailluer because it was so old and only wanted to replace it with a new one to the tune of $400-$500. I wasn't about to spend this on a 15-yo bike AND wait over a week to have it repaired. I brought it to Red Jersey Cyclery, the owner/mechanic immediately put it in the bike stand and repaired it immediately. He charged me $15, the bike works great, and I'm on the road again. I certainly know where I'm going to buy my next bike. Super place to do business, thanks again!
