My family and I spent 3 nights this week. Room was perfect for what we payed, staff was friendly and kids loved the pool. Wifi was spotty but I didn't mind since I wasn't using it much. Breakfast was good. Blankets and pillows where very soft. My only small problem was that I am 8 months pregnant and the bed was alittle stiff so it hurt my hips. Overall we liked our stay.

Had a king loft. Rooms were nice for the family. Some of the bedding was a little dated. The breakfast here was fantastic. Not your ordinary hotel breakfast. Would stay again.

Horrible internet connection! Constantly cuts out. Had pounding above at least 3 hours nightly. With all the rooms available you would think they would put kids on the first floor or parents would control their kids. No one at front desk in evening and don’t answer the phone. Plugs fall out of the outlets and some don’t work. Dinner was horrible. French fries limp and soaked in oil. Waiter said this is common in some places you’ve got to be kidding! $20 for a hamburger with cheese not even melted and club soda. Wouldn’t even subject myself to the “free” breakfast I understand it’s not desirable. . Many items for dinner not even available on the menu. It’s a shame because location is central and on the river is beautiful. Staff is very nice as well. Owners need to do some updating.

Came here with my family for a weekend. We had to change the dates due to a storm and they were accommodating. We showed up at 2pm and asked if the room was ready to which we were given attitude like it was the craziest request, not to mention they have the latest check in time for a hotel (4pm). The man at the front desk acted like we knew how to get to the room because when we asked where it was he gave us a sarcastic response. Rooms were beyond out dated. Two pictures on the walls and a head board that was barely even painted. When we got back to go to bed we just hopped in. It wasn't until the second day that we noticed the sheet had a stain so we decided to look at the second bed to find a massive stain that was obviously there for a long time. The breakfast was definitely just heated up in a microwave. We appreciate the free food but would rather pay a little extra for a nice meal that wasn't cold. The server was the nicest part about the experience because the host was horrible. The hotel makes it seem like they have a spa area with a hot tub and sauna. However, you have to reserve a spot for the hot tub and the latest you can go is 730. The sauna is in a separate area. Definitely not what we expected. If you're looking for something cheap I guess this is the place to go. The rooms are so dirty and dusty and customer service is awful.
