I purchased a gift certificate for a friend (important to mention; she has early onset dementia), for a manicure and pedicure. When I dropped her off, I gave clear instruction, she needs a trim and a manicure and pedicure. Not only did they not complete the package. They also took advantage and upsold her on an unnecessary eyebrow wax. They took advantage of someone with dementia to upsell. They did a pedicure, but failed to do a manicure. They said that "nail filing" IS the manicure and they don't cut and shape. They were VERY rude to deal with and refused any remedy. DO NOT USE THIS SALON, I wished I paid attention to their bad reviews before taking her there. Please see attached photo of the example of the poor work they do at this salon. Keep in mind THIS is what they call a manicure.

"Trouble maker" lol...[she asked me to call her that. So be kind.] She did a wonderful job and I laughed so hard. She had such a great sense of humor! My nails are exactly how I wanted them and I can't remember how long it took but it was worth it. The place is very clean and everyone is so nice. Of course I will return...they need to be filled.

Great value for the money! Every manicure or pedicure I have had here turned out well. No major complaints about this place. I will keep coming back!

Not even worth the one star. I've never made a negative review in my life until today. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. The man who did my nails purposely made my thumb bleed. Didnt seem care that he was hurting me and continued to be rough with my hands. I've only had my nails on for about 8hrs now and look like I've had them on for 2 weeks. Will never come back to this shop again.
