This is one of my absolute favorite nail salons. The staff is awesome and they’re always super friendly. I do recommend making an appointment though as they get busy (because they’re great) and it’s hit or miss as to whether they can get you done as a walk-in.

Literally the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten! The staff is very unfriendly and the salon smells terrible! My technician did a terrible job shaping my nails, they are uneven and crooked. She also cut me a few times, I was bleeding and she did not apologize even once! Her method of nail polish application was awful, my 5 year old niece does a better job! Beware of this place!

This is my neighborhood nail shop that I've been to 10+ times in the last 7-8 months. The quality has declined significantly. Nail care is TERRIBLE here. If you care about your cuticles and nail beds, this is not your place. My cuticles were better before I came to My Shiny Nails this weekend. I have so many hangnails from the nail lady overplucking my cuticles. SO disgusting. Even their nail artwork is bad. My gel is already chipping 3 days later. The French tip on my nails and toes are already gray and I haven't even done anything to stain them. I would rather drive to Biltmore or somewhere in Downtown than continue to pay for these low-quality nail services. You'll never see me again. I wish I would give 0 stars.

My usual nail tech (Vicky) is no longer there. My pedicure yesterday took 1 hour and 20 minutes (usually about 40) and my toes are terrible. I have cuts on either side of my left big toe and the polish is uneven with big gaps between the nail and my cuticles. Terrible experience.
