Stopped into this place for the cheese and loved the woman we dealt with. We just wanted a snack for later and she was immediately passing us samples of some amazing cheese. They have a great selection of cheese but not too much so you sit there trying to decide which one to try. She has a keen eye which cheeses to have people try which helps tremendously when you are not sure. We got a couple types of crackers and hard salami which they also had a good selection of. Looking forward to going back when we are in Portsmouth again.

Came in looking for something delicious, and was NOT disappointed. The clerk was very knowledgeable, and helped us select three cheeses based on our likes/dislikes. All three were absolutely spot on, perfect for our girl's night appetizers. We will certainly be back!

This is one of our favorite spots. The lady behind the counter gives good suggestions, both on wine and cheese. Some of these cheeses are game changers for sure. I wouldn't call it cheap, but reasonable for the quality they've got. Unpretentious, very happy atmosphere. Never felt pressured into buying any more than we needed.

Great wine and cheese shop! Stopped in to get six pieces of cheese as gifts, the owner was very helpful with picking them out as I don’t know a lot about cheese. She let us sample a few different kinds which was really nice. My grandmothers (who LOVE cheese) both loved their gifts, and said all of it was delicious. I also left with a big piece of the bestselling cheddar for our house, and it was gone within a few days! Prices are reasonable for the quality. Can’t speak to the wine as we didn’t go for that, but they certainly have a good selection. They have some fun items for wine and cheese lovers too, such as cool openers and funny home decor type things.
