I was traveling the next day on Friday and realized I needed tires that Thursday. I made an appointment online and they set me up for the same day. I took my car in and I was greeted by Taylor. Let me know that if I payed a little extra I would have a warranty on all my tires for 3 years. Took the deal and they installed same day. I was out of there by 2:00. Great help fast service. Great Location. Not as busy as other Big O’s I’ve visited. Thank you guys. Went on my trip without a worry in the world.

Service was poor all around, I had a blow out and purchased warranty on my tires. The clerk helping me gave me a hard time and wouldn’t give me the warranty on the tire because the DOT numbers they punched in previously didn’t match. Which is a BIG O problem not mine. I also asked to have my tires filled with air as they were low and set to 30-35 PSI which was not done. I had to call corporate and make multiple phone calls to get my money back for the tire. The assistant manager was able to help me finally but the clerk who didn’t even try to help needs to go through training or be removed from service. They charged me 8 dollars for nitrogen air too which should never be paid for. My tires weren’t filled and nitrogen air is no better than regular air. I don’t know if they try to finesse people who don’t know about cars but seems like they tried to scam me

Went to Big o tires to get my tires. This is the only place I actually will go for tires now. I've had only good experience with Big O's. I have purchased some tires from them two years ago and I got in a flat and Big o exchange the tire for a new one. I've been to other tire shops like Discount and Firestone and anytime I've ever had an issue with my tires with them they still want to charge me partial use of my tire. So I highly recommend Big O tires for good tire and good customer service. And to add they also did my alignment. 😃
