I was running late for my appointment because I went to the wrong location (totally my fault). I called and they were very kind and encouraged me to come in. They got me in and out within 30 minutes for my oil change even though I was late. This is the second Pep Boys location I've been to and they've both been great.

I called location to get an inspection for lyft,,I spoke to a lady named serla,,I think that was her nameshe spoke really fast..She stated go ahead and come in and we will do the inspection for you..I came in about a half later,,walked in told her I spoke with her on the phone about doing inspection on my car,,no problem bring the car around she stated..I pulled up she walked up ,,started the inspection,,told me to turn lights, I did, she says they are not working yes they are I can see the light shining on the tool box,,again she said no they are not working..She then realized they were on,,didn't say sorry made a face ,,and proceeded to finish inspection.I brought In a 2020 ford expedition, from kia whom we traded our other car for this one..She then looked at my brakes and stated they were bad, went and looked at the other side and again Said those were bad as well..I stated they can't be I just bought the car I even had the certification for inspection..She rudely said sorry I have to fail you,,again I said no its a new car..She walked away from me made a face,,.So today I took it to another location and it passed the tech said your brakes are great,,in fact your car is in great condition..

It was great. The oil change took exactly how long they said it would and Alexis has exceptional customer service. I have multiple cars and this is where I will be taking them from now on. Thanks alexis!!!
