DON’T DO IT!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!! DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR CAR!!!! Had my car towed from Va. on 6/10/22 arrived at dealership at 2:30pm. Received a call from Jonathan/Service Rep that car had been diagnosed. Agreed to price & repair over the phone. Emailed all necessary docs. Picked up car 6/17/22. They had me pay FIRST!!! My car had been VANDALIZED on their property while in their possession!!!! My radio door was ripped off on the dashboard, everything in the glove compartment was thrown all over the interior, my fog light cap was laying in seat, ashtray was in seat, all coins were stolen out of my ashtray!!! I’m still thinking of what may be missing out of my car. THEY told me they were NOT responsible for damages!!!! I HAD to file claim with my insurance company!!!! Very Nonchalant, Very unconcerned!! The manager is the worst representative of management I have EVER seen. I wonder if my SKIN was a LESS color would it have been handled differently! I see the OWNER responds to negative reviews! Well, I’m waiting for his response! I will continue to share my HORRIBLE experience at this particular Dealership!!! They don’t deserve to be in the customer service business!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Horrible experience. I don’t usually rate companies, but if you are planning to purchase a car from these people, you need to to hear this… After choosing a car, I was told the car had not been in an accident and that it also had a clean car fax. I purchased the car at full sticker price. But before taking possession, the Sales Manager pointed out that the fuel filler door didn’t look right and that they would fix it the following week. I drove the car home and had a friend look at…He said clearly the rear side had been in an accident. I called them and the sales manger said yea it HAD been in an accident. He even sent me a picture of what it looked like when she brought it in. The salesman even joked to my daughters that he sold her 3 other cars that day, but the dealership claims he didn’t know it had been in an accident. After speaking to the Owner, Tim Cooper he said no one lied to me!!! He said the car had been in a little bump up and not what they deem as an accident. He was extremely condescending and even laughed at the audacity of me bringing this to light.You can look at the picture and see for yourself. I feel, as a woman I was taken advantage of by the salesman, GM and worst of all the owner.

My son and I went to Mercedes of Greensboro and where so disappointed in the sales manager. My son is getting ready to graduate college and this was his first experience buying a car from a dealership. The care was listed at 56,900 and the Sales manager tried boosting the price to 59900. I showed them the mistake and they had no idea what the listed price was. My son felt the guy was trying to rip him off and I believe it as well. It’s too bad his first experience had to end up like this. Very dishonest. I even told my son after this we could buy the car and he said he didnt want to even though he loved the car because he could not trust them.

Very bad service. I booked an appointment online to get my car serviced and I left work early to solve my Mercedes Engine check light issue. I arrived at my appointment on time and the service guy told me they can not service my car because they are fully booked. If they were fully booked why did they even let me booked an appointment?. The service guy told me their website appointment tool does not work well and then why they have it available on their website.They did not even contact me that they would not be able to service my car today and they need to reschedule my appointment. I went there, wasted my time/ gas and I left with a disappointment. While I was leaving their dealership, someone hit my car. I should have not gone there in the first place to get my car serviced. I spend a lot of money on the car and I expected great service from them but they provided me terrible service. I made my day worse just going there. The service guy did not even check my car warranty coverage information. He was telling me that they would charge me a fee before even checking that my car falls under the Mercedes manufactured warranty.
