Been going to this gym since the winter of 2015 and started going early in the mornings since the pandemic. I go there early so I can avoid the gym getting to busy, Which has been the best result for my fitness goals. The issue is that sometimes the person who opens up the building comes in late (this happens a lot) or nobody shows up at all. This is not fair for those who want to get a quick workout in.

Large weight room, exercise studio that can be used when classes aren’t in session, & a good selection of cardio machines. The staff is also easy to approach for help. Only docking a star because parking is a bit of a hassle & you have to pay for it but overall really happy with our decision to join this gym!

The gym is pretty clean, however the women's only section downstairs is next to the really loud machinery room. Hardly any free weights and only one actual squat rack with safeties. None of the bench press stations have safeties either. Majority of the equipment is not nailed down. Dumbbells only go up to 90 lbs. When you sign up for a membership online there is a yearly "safety" fee for $60, which is ironic considering none of the equipment is actually nailed down. If you only go to the gym to use the cardio equipment then this place is fine, for anything else it's pretty terrible.

My daughter and I met with Milan to learn about their personal Training Program and had a great experience. He was very informative, spent time getting to know more about my daughters routine, health requirement and personal fitness goals. Than he gave us a tour and provided her a workout session so she would know what to expect and if she was comfortable using the equipment. At the end we signed her up. She is very excited about getting started thanks to Milan!!!
