The Pool Shed has taken the time to teach me how to properly care for our pool after purchasing a new house. They’re always available, even in the winter, to answer questions and help where they can. Their home delivery makes it very convenient to get supplies. I’ll only use them for maintenance and water quality checks!

Tech came and put cover on pool but never called to advise he had no way of securing it until I called later. Came home and cover was floating in middle of pool. I guess we felt that hiring a professional company would mean communication or options on covering the pool properly. We would have gladly purchased a new cover if that was the issue, but the tech seemed in a huge hurry to get out. In addition, I discovered the float layer was not installed with no explanation. This is our first in ground pool, so if this is the norm in terms of quality, we will certainly be doing it ourselves in the future. We have worked with Hillside Pool and Spa in West Paris and they are excellent! I have showed them the pictures and they have expressed that this is completely unprofessional and poor business because again, we would have gladly purchased a new cover had that helped this situation.
