Melissa and the detailing team did an amazing job on my car! I am a mom with two kids and my car was a mess. They did a very thorough job of detailing the car. It was clear that they cared about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I was really impressed.

I was sold a full interior and exterior detail and windshield replacement on 3/28/22 and appointed for 4/4/2022. When i arrived with my car that day they told me it would not be done when they at the previously agreed upon time. It was reappointed for 11:30am a week later with the windshield being replaced on the property same day. I brought my car in at 8:30am. The windshield was replaced and i was called to be informed I can pick up the car. I asked if the detailing was completed. The technician put me on hold and checked and told me yes it was done. I walked to pick up my car. It was clearly not detailed inside or out. They refused to refund me my money. They argued that it had been done gave flimsy excuses to explain the dirt still on my car and said they had spent hours on it. I was too upset to argue with them and had to leave. I complained to higher ups to have this problem resolved. They promptly handled it. This location is notorious for is horrible work and bad customer service. I will never return.

I've been coming to this Jacksons just about every other week for the past year and a half and have nothing but praise for these guys. I purchased a monthly subscription and they've kept my GTI looking like it just drove off the showroom floor. Air fresheners with every wash and incredibly courteous and kind staff. I've had them polish & wax my car as well as just a quick in and out and my car comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend this location!

The staff here is very courteous and professional. I had my vehicle detailed, shampoo, leather conditioning, wax. They did a phenomenal job. And they noticed my windshield had small cracks and are replacing it this week, and are throwing in a windield tint for free. I will definitely be back.
