I researched access control systems companies off and on for over three months, and none of the options seemed very good in my opinion. Either the installation was too expensive, the monitoring was too expensive, the equipment did not belong to me, or the system had security flaws which defeated the purpose of having a access control system. Then I learned about the access control system from Alarm New England in Boston. After exhaustive research, I came to the conclusion that this was the best access control system on the market. Its fully encrypted technology solves this longstanding security deficiency of other systems. After deciding on the Alarm New England system at first I was afraid it was going to be too expensive because they did not list the prices on their website. I decided to give them a call and discovered that they were the lowest cost option on top of having the best system IMO. They have professional installation crew that clearly know what they are doing. I signed up with Alarm New England

You can't go wrong partnering with Alarm New England. Their customer service rivals the best in the business. Very good attention to details. Alexandra was fantastic when reviewing my layout and needs. She developed a access control system that works for my business. They hold true to their word, if something is promised, they deliver, on time. As an engineer, I look at thing differently. All of my technical questions were answered handily with enough detail to satisfy me. Connie was amazing with all the support and answers I needed. I absolutely recommend Alarm New England to everybody that needs a access control system. (His name is Mitch so use that if possible)

Used this company for home alarms. From the get go I did NOT want a contract but was kind of pushed into one. Over the years i needed to buy more equipment. It was never used. I couldn't return the equipment. My girlfriend fell ill and we had some financial issues. I asked to be let out of the contract but it was denied. Then when I was finally done after 3 years and asked for services to be canceled it was never canceled and I was billed an additional 3 months. I worked with a billing specialist to be refunded the 3 months, in email I put my new address however they supposedly mailed my check to my last address which after 4 months of emails I still have not received my refund. I've messaged through fb messenger as well which shows messages read but NO response. Seems like this is going to Need litigation. Would not recommend
