First off! Awesome customer service skills!!! Some of my sisters know how some hair biz owners can make us feel when we walk in 👿(please dont touch the hair and watching you from behind the counter). Not here. No maam! They encourage questions, let you touch the hair, remove it from mannequin!! And they have some wonderful looking pieces.AND they had everything i needed for my install. This review is just about the service and look of the hair however since i havent installed it yet. Im excited though 😁😁😁.

They sold me a human hair wig, that would not fit on my head, when I took it back the manager Dunn could feel that it was too small, Would Not let me try it on in front of her (even though it's still technically mines), and Refused To Refund my money. They are hustlers, I will Never Shop Here Again, they don't value our dollars.

The staff at the wig shop were kind and very very helpful. They were also very knowledge about their products. It was my first time there and also my first time dabbling in the wig world. I must say i had a very good and fun experience there. Thank you Wig Shop staff.
