They were only fast because they denied any, and all help. Also, there's no privacy, and the woman at the desk refused to accept my name on piece of paper, then proceeded to tell me I'd have a long wait. Not much use at all really.

Bad customer service. I don’t think they quite understand that if it wasn’t for people like myself who needed assistance they wouldn’t have a job.

with all the potential to help in my personal situation this organization only added more frustration more physical pain and no assistance. The fact that it knew in advance from my initial request that it would not assist me, they required me to do any number of things which took me from one end of the city to the extreme other end of this city. My medical situation which Dino of where's at a high risk for heart attack and stroke while I would have been grateful if that effort to go everywhere had meant I was able to get some assistance. My irritation with that agency that it was not necessary to do that when I knew in advance that would not be helping me

Not unless it’s a house or property. Everything else sell away.
No I believe possibly the way home might be able to assist in getting them but not 100% sure if that. If you need birth certificates from Manchester you'd go to city hall. Last time I had to get a copy it was only 12 $$. You can always call 211 and ask where can assist in paying if you do not have the money to pay for a copy. Good luck
