You would be hard pressed to find another ski store that offers such wonderful service. Every employee I have ever interact ed with has not only been knowledgeable but so friendly & always offer individual attention . I would never think of going any place else. Shout out to Kyle who was so wonderful helping me pick out a new pair of ski boots

Normally very happy here but I made an appointment online yesterday to come in for an adult lease, website showed they were out of stock for Jr. snowboards, didn't mention anything else out of stock. I arrive and they tell me they have no skis for adults, that they've been out of stock for weeks. With people making appointments, the least they could do is update the website, especially since they've known for weeks.

Was originally wicked happy and then got wicked disappointed by their services. I made an appointment online like you are supposed to, leaving all of the information they needed as well. I was running late due to wicked ice, so I wanted to call and confirm but also let them know. They were so understanding and let me come in whenever I was able! Once I got there, I was told that they actually don’t do snow board rentals for adults, only for juniors, and although I fit those standards I was not allowed to rent due to my age. They also told me they had no snowboards in my size even if they could rent out. Why they didn’t call and tell me this before I drove the hour in wicked conditions is beyond me, ESPECIALLY when I called them to let them know I was late due to the weather and to confirm. Overall wicked disappointed with the experience and will not go back. They could have done a way better job at being proactive and reading their appointments and what they entail.

I feel bad about this review. Seems like this place is liked. The company might be working with Google to hide bad reviews? Not sure. We made an appointment, which is required, for a snowboard rental for my young daughter. Drove 30 mins. Made it on time. Walked in and filled out the online info. After about 10-15 mins, in the middle of being fitted, we were told they were out of bindings. They apparently knew all day they were out. They said this happens often and would have no idea when new ones would be in. They wasted several hours of our time. We ended up going without an appointment to Proctor. This is right down the road. They helped my daughter on the spot and took our boards for a grind, wax and sharpen.
