This place is a joke! We purchased a pair of shoes with our rewards money and a coupon unfortunately the shoes were too big. Due to limited in store availability, we had to order on line the shoes cost an additional $15. When we came into exchange/return the ones we purchased instore the assistant manager was "confused". Ultimately the store ended up keeping the difference from the discount we saved originally. I asked if he could make it right and discount the difference his response was indignant and repulsive "I can... but, I wont". Sad that a brick and mortor store is so disconnected.

Fantastic woman at the register helped me with all my needs. Got me the shoes I needed even when the store didnt have the inventory. They were shipped to my house! Love it, will be returning!

After visiting SAS where I did not find tennis shoes to fit (for $199), one of the ladies in the store recommended Famous Footwear. I drove right there. I was greeted at the store by Nate. I have been in other Famous Footwear's before and I dreaded looking for my size among all the boxes of shoes. Nate said he would help me, and walked over to the tennis shoe section. The shoes were on the display shelf, and he brought each shoe forward if he had my size (Wide). When it was time to try it on, he loosened the shoelaces so I could easily put them on myself. I found the perfect pair and found soft socks too (on sale). The shoes were $69 and he found a discount coupon for me. I would give Nate 10 stars if I could. A+ for NATE!
