Simply terrible. Unprofessional staff and groomers. Their groomers are disrespectful and careless with their work. The pets are not treated with care. You would not want to leave your pets alone with the staff there. They are simply irresponsible, arrogant, unprofessional, and untrained. They will turn down grooming services for your pet if you expressed your disappointment over how horrible they groomed your dog the previous time simply because they chose to not listen to what actually needed to be done and did whatever they wanted to. The staff there does not want to do their job and have no customer skills at all. Most definitely find another store for your pet.

I placed an online order for pick up in the store.. I was given a big discount for the 1st order. When I got there I thought I would have to wait because I showed up very soon after I placed the order. To my surprise, the order was ready to go and the young man helped me immediately. He also asked if I wanted a carry out to my vehicle which he did. He was friendly courteous and helpful. The whole experience was great and I will give them my business again.

I was there earlier today looking to buy a ferret or two and got great advice and information from Matt! He was very attentive and could tell he wanted the best for these ferrets. Unfortunately I passed up the offer on the ferrets due to financial reasons but I sincerely appreciate all of the information that was given!!

By far the worst conditions I've seen for fish, came in to look for a pleco for my tank. The options were really limited (didn’t even have any plecos) and when I looked for other fish to get... I found so many dead ones. Really disheartening that these fish are dying like this. I 100% would not trust the health of fish you get from here, part of me felt bad and wanted to take some home but I didn't want to have anything passed onto my own fish. I did see a couple that looked sick as well and were swimming upside down but couldn't get pictures of the two I saw. Super shameful, worst Petco experience to date.
