Nice brewery, with great rotating taps and nice atmosphere. I got the Oat of Silence and it was delicious. The other people I was with got different beers and they were all great also!

I called in at first due to the word “Monks” in the title. My favorite style of beer is just about any Belgian style. I had the Tripel & it was absolutely wonderful. This was a quick visit & wish I could have stayed longer & tried a flight. My friend had a Porter & loved it. There’s plenty more to try than just Belgians. I hope to make it back for a visit the next time in Phoenix.

Decided to try this brewery out and the drinks are great. Service has been good so far as well. They have limited snacks to munch on, but restaurants nearby if you need food. Our favorite drinks are Jamaican Dreaming, Sweet Temptress, Quit Your Wine-ing and La Coyota. Still have more to try.
