If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The young boy with a mustache (who apparently was “accepted into med school) was the most disrespectful employee I have EVER encountered in my life. He said some things that I can’t even repeat here in google reviews and should be fired. I cannot believe he has a job there. He is not representing the brand well and he is completely disrespecting kind customers for NO reason. I am appalled!!!!!!

Was charged wrong. Asked to speak to a manager and was told no by Donald. Called in and he wouldn't leave a message for me for the manager. Said I had to tell him why first I said just have a manager reach out. He told me no manager was available and hung up on me. Then I called right back and a girl said she was the manager. Been renting there for 2 years no more for me. Love how the response from you guys is this. I have rented there for 2 years and I pick my mail up once a month. Usually I'm told ahead of time if I need to renew. That never happened. I have been in before and paid late and was never charged that. I was only rude to him after I asked him three times to have a manager call me three times he said I had to tell him why first. Three times I told him it's not for him I will discuss it with a manager. Then he said no I'm not giving your message to a manager. That's insane and not how you handle that. Your absolutely right I told him exactly how I feel. Clearly this comes from the top, not once was this addressed in your response only you trying to make me look bad. You guys need to buy some customer service books and read them cause clearly you have no idea!

I left work early to get something notarized that had to be done today. I guess the guy had to leave early for something. Not happy. Don't advertise it if you can't do it! Sorry that was higley and elliot. You cons charged me $12 for a witness signature, so il go ahead and leave the 1 star. I told my wife about it and she just laughed, asked why I didn't just ask a customer there. I'm the dummy thinking it' was something official. Should have known when the guy just asked some kid behind the counter to sign it. What a joke!!!

UPS stores are convenient. This one was on our way so we stopped in. Addison helped us fax some info. He was pleasant and helpful. I recommend stopping in for all your mailing needs.
