They don’t know how to treat there customers…been a long time customer.. will never be going back …. So rude … it’s like they don’t want ur business…. Replying to ur comment-so there’s another side of the story for Fran being rude??? And what facts am I leaving out ??? And yes I understand they run the business by themselves… but that doesn’t give them the right to be rude to loyal customers.. without customers like me they wouldn’t be no business… plus I have never seen her smile once ! Or be remotely happy…. So if u can come up with a better reason for an owner being rude to a customer pls let me know
