The new / renovated rooms are excellent. Toilets are new and modern. Rooms are value for money and location is convenient and near to many restaurants.

I understand that it was under construction, but still before renting customers it should be clean properly, the bed was dirty, dust was everywhere in the bed, table, on top of the oven. They didn't have any breakfast facilities, fridge was broken and smelly, overall if you want to just sleep in dirty you can go there, otherwise it's just rubbish.

I paid for a night with a debit card. They charged me $69.99 for the night. I have my bank card linked with my phone and when I checked my account there were multiple transactions on my card from this place. One charge was for $63. I immediately called them when they took the money off and told them they needed to place the money back. The guy working the counter said it must have been a authorization charge.? The charges on my card were 3 minutes apart meaning they went and charged my card after I paid for the room without my authorization. 3 minutes after I walked away from the counter. I own a business and never once in my life heard of a $63 dollar authorization charge. These people are scam artist and if u pay with any type of credit or debit card u better keep an eye on your account. They are rip offs.!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. This has been the worst experience of my life. Do not stay here it is a waste of money and the staff did not try to make things right when it was charging me nearly 3 times the amount of staying one night. They didn’t even apologize or anything. Felt like they were just saying things to get myself and my friend to leave. And don’t get me started on the room itself. Weird smell for a ‘non-smoking’ room. There’s barely any furniture in the room. Just the two beds, a end table, dresser with just two drawers, the microwave, and mini fridge. No table lamp or wall sconces for additional light. No closet or hooks to hang up coats. I feel like we were lucky to even have a TV! There’s not even any pictures on the wall to make it feel homey or a home away from home. It’s stark and almost like a cell. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
