My hair cutter cut my ear when he was talking to someone in the lobby and pretended he hadn't cut it even though it was gushing so much blood that it was overflowing my ear. Then the company and store didn't respond when I reached out to complain. I went to this place for THREE YEARS and it was fine; the ladies who work there are fine, but avoid this butcher. I switched to Super Cuts after this happened, and their quality is much better. Plus, no blood.

The Ceaser Millon look alike should stick with dogs if he doesnt like women or kids. Scheduled appointments for my kids and me and got there the time they gave me got a text it would be about 15 minutes there was 1 person in there all 3 workers on her we get in their the 2 women came off nice enough but as soon as the dog whisperer took over he had an attitude for some reason chose my younger kid a 3 year old boy and starts saying "if he squirms i cut service, if he squirms i cut service!" He was listening to us the whole time too. In the end pretty sure he was just mad he didnt get a cigarette after cutting the previous persons hair cause all of them basically followed us out and lit of cigarettes right behind us like oh you're leaving cool

My friend came to me, in tears after getting her hair cut at this location earlier today. I cut my own hair, and my families hair, so she knew I had at least some experience. She asked for about two inches off, straight across without any layers. Her hair was on her shoulders, and she just wanted a good, refreshing bob. The stylist cut one side way shorter than the other, and actually forgot sections of hair. There were multiple chunks of hair, about 20-40 strands each that were completely missed. She has thin, dark ginger hair, making it extremely easy to see every single mistake but somehow it was still missed by the stylist. It took me over an hour to fix, as I had to reshape the whole haircut without taking too much length off. Of course we were joking about it the whole time, but this was the worst haircut I have EVER seen. Just genuinely done so poorly, I was shocked that they actually charged her for this. Even more shocked that she would pay for this, but I already yelled at her for it haha (kidding). Seriously though, the cut was so bad. Can I post photos on here? It was so bad. Like little kid with kitchen scissors bad.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
