I could not recommend Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home more. The staff who prepared my brother for the viewing, did an INCREDIBLE job and I cannot express how grateful myself and my family were/still are for being able to say see you later and really see him for the last time. The staff who worked the ceremony were amazing and ensured the space was well prepared and that things moved along smoothly. The funeral size grew quite large, but the staff handled the volume and made accommodations to allow everyone to still comfortably attend. I can’t say thank you enough!

All of the staff at Jones, Rich & Barnes that we worked with were, kind, caring, helpful, responsive and always available when we had questions or needed assistance. We were walked through the process in a gentle and compassionate way. The additions the staff made to our powerpoint chronicling our loved one life were perfect. Working with Autumn Kramer and the other staff was perfect and everyone there is very professional. In addition, the building is beautiful.
