We brought two dogs in for a neuter. One is very big strong and difficult to handle. Everyone here was great. We are very fortunate we found them and they did an awesome job. They love animals and took very good care of ours. Thank you

By far the best rescue I have ever been to. I've adopted 2 dogs here and used their vet clinic. They made the adoption process easy. They have great fenced outdoor space where you can take the dogs you're interested in to play with and get to know them. Everything is beautiful and clean.

Took my 6 month old cat there to have him neutered. Five weeks later cat is near death. This place refused to even take him and all local vet hospitals don’t accept appointments. Avoid them at all costs. They infected my cat and now I need to feed him antibiotics.

Love this shelter. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Have adopted many animals over the years from here. All of the animals have been the best pets we've ever had. Super sweet.

They have a website you can look at for a up to date list of dogs available for adoption. I would suggest look there or visit the shelter.
there is an application to become a foster family (parent). if your application is approved you will be contacted by the shelter manager and they will give you an orientation interview before you are able to begin fostering.
Just call them. I'm sure there is volunteer opportunities
Check the website it's updated daily
You should. W.A.R.L. has given me two angels! Puppies get adopted first. It's the older puppies/dogs that get left behind.
Cost is flat rate for all animals . You can add on vaccinations Laura cost for cat spay.. Dog spay Dog nueter and cat nueter again same price. If there are complications with surgery e tea cost could accrue but usually doesn't happen. You can add on vacs if you like while there and will get papers showing it was done with lot numbers. In memory my one year old female spay with added rabies a feline distemper was $140..total. I have many of my pets done at Sterling.. They are efficient clean well educated and your pets in good hands. Just apply online they will return it witjbfayes avaiable and all you need to know. Very EASY process. Drop offs in AM. Pick ups In Pm...and your all set. Instructions given. I used to. Work at a clinic and can say honestly if I didn't thin Sterling was a good place to go.. I wouldn't. Great people.
What is the cost of neutering a dog
Well if there is a number to call,do So, the people that work there are Great,I'm sure they could use some Volunteers! Good Luck and Thank You for offering as well.
Sometimes they do..best thing to do is call and leave your number.. ask and respectful inquiries always get a response.. Good looking
Sterling Animsl Shelter is awesome. My little girl, Kat, was spade there. No complications at all.
Shelters typically don't offer that service s they're trying to find homes for their dogs, but breeders and pet stores will sometimes be willing, as will more frequently people on Craigslist.
No
They do
Sure they would love it
They may look tight in the photo but have seen many puppies there and they are not. They are well taken care of
There weren't any when i went, but call them and ask
They have some puppy's now
You really need to contact them on a regular basis. You never know when a litter of puppies will be there.
Hello, please check the website, we always have pictures and profiles of the animals available. We usually update the website a few times a day, so check back often.
You can just go there when they're open and browse the dogs with a staff member. You're under no obligation to adopt same day.
There is a link to Amazon.com where there is a wish list (or on the shelters website). You can also bring items to the shelter during business hours.
it is best to call. cost is determined on a case by case basis.
Go there and meet ur future kitty and they will take it from there
They are always looking for volunteered and have no restrictions other than, as mentioned in previous answer, minimum age requirements.
Short answer: No. It is first come first serve on the day a dog is available for adoption. They don't let you see or play with them until that day. Once you get there you get to check out the available dogs and see how they mesh with the family. They expect you to bring the entire family which imo is a bit unrealistic if you are also arriving at some ungodly hour to be first in line. They let you have time with the dogs, etc and let you take your time shrn it's your turn, but it is a loud echoey smelly place and it can be overwhelming for kids and dogs. It's a process and they encourage younto come back as many times as it takes....but let me tell you when you do bring your kid/s and don't leave with a dog it can be a pretty discouraging experience.
Hi Jimmy, she is definitely not too old to be spayed, but I would call Sterling Animal Shelter directly and leave them a phone message. They are usually really good about calling back. Good luck! Paula
You would need to call them to check. I do not want to give you misinformation.
If u r interested in adoption then u sure can play with the dogs first
The clinic has different hours then the shelter to adopt ets.
sorry to hear your loss.... we will gladly accept any donations... depending on the medication we might be able to use it or help other groups who may have a pet/s that needs it :)
