Free, no B.S. like indoor ranges. People are friendly.

Excellent outdoor free facility, they supply the infrastructure only & guidelines, bring everything else; eyes & ears, drinks & targets, no shop at all.

This is Arizona. Most folks here know guns, gun safety and how to act at a range. For the new shooter there's likely to be SOMEONE willing to share knowledge. Great place to safely train with a variety of weapons/calibers at varying distances.

I have been here several times and I love it. Free range, great place to get some practice in alone or with your family. Great low stress environment to teach a beginner as well. Every time I've been, I've never had another person on the same range as me. However, just use common sense if you do and you will have a great time.

Its a public range. & its free. But no range officer on duty nothing to sign or fill out. Just use good judgement & common Safety rules apply.. if you need to learn Basics i suggest you take "American Herritage Rangers" Beginers gun safety class .
Was checking out this place today myself and in doing so researching previously asked questions and photos. I found in the photos a picture of the range rules that should answer your question. If you zoom in and read number 24 you will see 50 or larger is not allowed.
Yes, from what I saw it's not managed. Just show up and shoot, no questions asked.
Just don't yell at people who are tocuhing their obviously cleared guns. Had a lady do that... Now I bring a chamber flag that says it's clear idiot, strictly for her
