I absolutely love this Firestone. It's the only one I go to. The manager Chris is absolutely amazing. You always feel welcome. I'm a female and it can sometimes be rough. These guys are completely honest and try to give you a good idea and or try to help you out where they can. Not just trying to make a dime off you. High Five to Sunrise!

They can’t align vehicle like so many other shops in town. They just take your money and tell a different story if you have an issue. I will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone who asks. I now will pay for another to fix what they could not do. I have a lifted adjustable suspension and we covered this prior to me leaving the vehicle, and I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. I wish this where true, it’s only 100 buck but they lied is my frustration. And I offered to pay more due to lift!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS FACILITY! I took my vehicle for preventative maintenance on March 1, 2022, and that was a definite mistake. First, one of their technicians damaged my hood b/c he didn't properly latch the hood. The store manager informed me of the damage and advised me that Firestone was 100% liable and would make good on taking care of the repairs--that wasn't true at all. Chris Thoreson (the store manager) washed his hands of my situation once I left Firestone. I was referred to a Seth Byrd who is a store claims specialist. After a few back-and-forth emails, I requested him to call me b/c I had questions that were not being answered through email. He never called and eventually stopped responding to the numerous emails I sent. Ultimately, I had to involve my insurance company to have the needed repairs addressed on my vehicle, which is still ongoing. So, I would admonish anyone to avoid Firestone altogether, and specifically this location (4800 E Sunrise Dr). Take your vehicle to a business that actually does right by their customers.

Patrick was a great help. The car needed a quick oil top up before I was able to schedule an oil change just to tie me over til then. Perfect service, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place of business for your car repair needs. Thank you as well to the front desk attendant/manager as well for an extremely fast and pleasant service.
