Dropped off carb and was told a week and a half it would be done. 2 and half weeks later i had heard nothing and i called and was told they hadnt even looked at it and it would be another week at least before they eveb look at it. Im picking it up and buying new online.

Yes, it could be electrical. THe problem is duplicating the problem in a test tank. Also, check the fuel system, sometimes they can run lean but still have enough fuel in carb to restart.
