Jacob is one of the best barbers in Salem hands down. He is extremely good at what he does and runs a very professional business at 503 Fades. I would highly recommend him to everyone looking to get an awesome haircut.

Been going to Joe for years now, he always is great at his craft. The reason why I continue going to Joe (besides for the consistent fades) is that he respects if clients prefer not to talk during the haircut. I talk all week at work and really find it nice to just relax and watch whatever is on the TV at the time.

The owner Pierce seemed like a nice guy, but he gave me what was objectively the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a mid fade and he came so far up and over the side of my head with the clipper that he left me with a Mohawk on top. I checked his instagram after and it looks like that’s how he cuts everyone. If that’s your thing- good for you. Definitely wasn’t for me.

I'd say yes but then I'd be judging and judging is not nice
We charge $21 to $23 for kids depending on barber.
Do you HAVE to make an appointment? No, but highly recommended - they often have a full schedule, and if they don't have time for a walk-in, they will offer to make you an appointment. I usually just schedule through their website a day or two in advance and have no problem getting a time I want.
