Jan 2020 My friends and visited Bethel Heights for group wine tasting! Awesome wine great view and cozy spot for tasting! Before our arrival Kate build us a roaring fire! Kate is very knowledgeable about their wines. Thank you so much Kate, for a GREAT visit! Definitely recommend!

Elias, Thank you for your question and sorry for the delay of getting back to you. 95% of our wine is considered vegan. The question comes in when we are fining a particular wine. Fining is the addition of a substance or mixture of substances to the wine, in order to clarify the wine. You can obtain fact sheets on all of our wines through our website. The fact sheet will tell you if a wine is fined or unfined. If it is fined, you can call the winery to find out what the wine was fined with to make sure it meets your needs.
